In recent weeks, NFR representatives have met with members of the community to discuss the status of the eminent domain legal action brought by the City of Niagara Falls take NFR’s private property for the speculative and unfunded Centennial Park plan, as well as the high technology opportunities presented by the proposed Niagara Digital Campus project that NFR will develop in conjunction with Urbacon, a premier developer and operator of state-of-the-art data centers.
The goal was to lay out the vision for the development, potential avenues for resolution of the litigation — including a “two project solution” — and to clear up various forms of misinformation being publicly disseminated about the project.

NFR will continue to present the truth to groups throughout the Western New York in the coming weeks, and looks forward to any opportunity to resolve the litigation in a manner that allows Urbacon to bring high-technology jobs and economic benefits to the Niagara Falls and its residents.
